Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of JerseyGenerator. By creating an account or using the studio, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password secure. Provide accurate information and do not share an account. We may suspend an account that is used for abuse, fraud or a breach of these Terms.

Credits and subscriptions

• AI renders use credits purchased through the pricing page. Credits may expire only as shown at purchase.
• Credits are consumed by generation, mockup, swap and logo actions at the prices shown in the product. Credits have no cash value and are not transferable.
• Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel from your billing settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Prices are shown in US dollars and may change for future billing periods. We will give notice before a renewal price change.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Taxes may be added based on your billing country.

Refunds

If a generation fails, the credits for that action are refunded automatically. If a paid render is technically unusable and we cannot fix it, contact us within 14 days and we will regenerate it or refund the affected charge. Subscription fees already used for a billing period are generally non-refundable, except where required by law.

Your content

You keep ownership of the artwork, logos, photographs and text you upload, and of the designs you create. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, render and transmit that content only to provide the service. You confirm that you have the rights needed to use every mark you upload.

AI output

AI-generated designs are suggestions, not guarantees of originality or non-infringement. Similar outputs may be produced for other users. You are responsible for checking that a design, crest, sponsor mark or name does not infringe someone else’s rights before you print or sell it.

Trademarks and official merchandise

JerseyGenerator is not affiliated with Nike, Adidas, the NBA, the NFL, the NHL, MLB, FIFA, any league, club or brand. We do not include official logos and we do not sell licensed merchandise. Do not upload or generate a third-party trademark unless you have permission. We will remove content in response to a valid rights complaint.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to:

• upload or generate content that infringes copyright, trademark or other rights;
• create material that is unlawful, hateful, sexually exploitative or harassing;
• attempt to bypass credits, rate limits or access controls;
• probe, scan or disrupt the service or another user’s account;
• resell the service as a generic design API without a separate agreement.

Exports and printing

We provide design files and previews. We do not print garments and we are not responsible for a manufacturer’s color, material or production decisions. Check a proof before a full production run. Color on screen may differ from color on fabric.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the studio available but may suspend it for maintenance, security or provider outages. Features may change or be withdrawn. We are not liable for a missed deadline caused by an outage; keep a local copy of every exported file.

Intellectual property

The site, brand, interface and underlying software are owned by JerseyGenerator and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you a licence to our brand or code beyond using the service as intended.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, fraud or non-payment. On termination, your right to use the service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, liability) continue to apply.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where JerseyGenerator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here limits consumer rights you have under mandatory local law.
