How a jersey swap works

A swap takes a photo of a person and replaces the shirt with a jersey while keeping the face, hair and background intact. The result is a social-ready image, not a production file.

Start with a front-facing photo, good light and a plain background. The cleaner the source, the better the jersey edge and the more believable the result.

What Makes a Good Jersey Swap Photo

Avoid heavy shadows across the face, sunglasses and busy patterns behind the shoulders. A photo taken at chest height with the arms slightly away from the body gives the cleanest jersey silhouette.

If you plan to post the result, use a photo you have the right to edit and publish. Do not swap a friend into a jersey without asking.

Credits and social use

A swap costs 10 credits per render. Failed renders are refunded automatically.

Use the result for personal social posts and fan edits. Commercial use, team announcements and printed materials need a paid plan and rights to every mark in the image. Do not use league or club trademarks unless you have permission; the tool does not include official logos.
