What makes a soccer kit
A soccer jersey is a set of panels, not one flat shirt. The collar, sleeve cuffs, side panels, hem and chest each carry their own color or trim. A generator is only useful if those regions stay separate after generation.
Start with the cut: crew neck for a classic club look, V-neck for a sharper modern kit, set-in sleeves for a clean shoulder line, raglan sleeves for a more athletic drape. Then set the three-color system: base, accent and neutral.

Patterns that read on the pitch
Vertical stripes, hoops, a diagonal sash, halves and pinstripes are the patterns that survive distance, fabric and print. Keep the scale consistent across the body and sleeves, and check the pattern at full size — a thumbnail hides a lot of noise.
If you use a sash, keep the crest and sponsor on the calmer side. If you use halves, let one half carry the number. If you use pinstripes, make them thick enough to survive sublimation.
