Privacy Policy

This policy explains what JerseyGenerator collects when you use the site, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. It applies to jerseygenerator.com and the studio at /editor.

Who we are

JerseyGenerator is an independent online jersey design studio. For privacy questions, contact hello@jerseygenerator.com.

What we collect

• Account data — name, email address, hashed password or OAuth identifier, and the date you created your account.
• Design content — the prompts you type, the designs you generate or edit, project names and exported files.
• Uploads — reference photos, logos, sponsor marks and other artwork you choose to upload.
• Usage data — pages viewed, features used, approximate device and browser information, and error logs.
• Payment data — plan, invoice, tax country and transaction status. Card details are entered on our payment processor’s checkout and are not stored on our servers.
• Support data — messages you send to support and any files you attach.

Why we use it

We use this data to provide the studio, render and store your designs, process payments and credits, prevent abuse, fix bugs, answer support requests and understand which features are used. We do not sell personal data.

AI processing

When you generate or extract a design, your prompt or uploaded image may be sent to a third-party AI model provider so the request can be completed. We send only what is needed for that request. We do not use your designs or uploads to train our own models. Third-party providers process the data under their own terms; we choose providers with commercial data protections where available.

Storage and service providers

Design files and exports are stored in Cloudflare R2 object storage. Account and project metadata are stored in our database. Payments are processed by Stripe. Email may be delivered by a transactional email provider. These providers process data on our behalf and are bound by their own security and privacy obligations.

Cookies and analytics

We use a small number of cookies to keep you signed in, remember your locale and, where enabled, measure aggregate traffic. You can clear cookies in your browser; signing-in cookies are required for the studio to work.

How long we keep data

Account and project data are kept while your account is active. Deleted projects are removed from the active system and expire from backups on a rolling schedule. Payment and tax records are kept as long as required by law. Support messages are kept for up to 24 months.

Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls, hashed passwords and least-privilege access for staff. No online service is completely secure; if we become aware of a breach that affects your data, we will notify affected users and the relevant authorities as required.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. You can delete projects in the studio, or email us to request account deletion. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Children

The site is intended for users aged 13 and over. Purchases require the account holder to be 18 or to have a guardian’s permission. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13; if you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.

International transfers

Our providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product changes. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email.
